Breast Implant Revision – Case 1

Case Details

64 year old female with previous silicone gel implants placed elsewhere many years earlier. Her recent problems included hardening with capsular contracture and deformity of shape. She wished to have removal of the old implants, placement of new silicone gel implants, and adjustment of shape without any lift or extra scars. She achieved a soft result with much improved shapeand natural appearance, as is shown 11 months after surgery.
