62 year old female who lost more than 100 lbs. after bariatric surgery (gastric bypass), and had a severe excess of lower abdominal skin with irritation from folding and rubbing (called a “pannus”). Her belly button was stretched and extremely deep, making it impossible for her to maintain proper hygiene.
