“VERTICAL” MASTOPEXY
24 year old female undergoing breast lift by “Vertical Lift” technique. There is NO incision in the breast fold where the bra underwire rests (see the blue arrows), thereby saving the patient INCHES of scarring. This special technique can offer a distinct advantage over the “inverted-T” or “anchor” scar configuration that is used.
The pink color of the patient’s incisions and their visibility reflect the fact that the post-op photos were taken at about three months after surgery, which is considered early. However, the improved breast shape and lift are obvious.
