22 year old female interested in breast enhancement with silicone gel implants. Her exam revealed a slightly smaller right breast than left; so, two slightly different implant sizes were used.. To help balance her augmentation, the right side was enhanced with 365cc volume, and the left was enhanced with 345cc volume. The implants used were silicone-filled, and had a smooth surface. The incisions used were located underneath the breasts (in the natural breast fold) and cannot be seen. The implants were placed in a submuscular pocket.
