49 year old female seeking major improvement in the tummy. Before surgery, she showed loose skin that was folding over itself at the lower part. Excess fatty tissue was present in the tummy overall, and the area of the belly button needed improvement. She had a full tummy tuck, which included muscle tightening,, and liposuction of the upper abdomen to thin the fat layer.
The images were taken about 3 months after the surgery, which shows the more visible pinkish color of the incision that will typically fade with more time. The shape improvement and tightening are very dramatic as shown in the after images, which also highlight the specialized technique developed by Dr. Berger to give the belly button a much more natural appearance. The location of the main incision is easily covered by a bathing suit, and the belly button could pass as completely natural.
