Breast Revision with Implant Replacement and Crescent Lift – Case 8
Individual results may vary.Case ID: 5796
52 year old female who had previous breast implant surgery performed elsewhere. Her current problems included a leaking left implant, textured implant style that she no longer wished to have, hardening and “capsular contracture,” and major asymmetry with imbalance. She underwent removal of the implants and the silicone gel from the leakage, total removal of the scar capsule, replacement with brand new smooth silicone implants (445cc volume), and a lift using a crescent technique (incision at the edge of the areola). Her results show dramatic improvement in shape and balance, with soft implants that were not encapsulated.
